One meeting in the Fall (Oct/Nov), one meeting in April. The meetings are organized to run like business meetings with experienced speakers, offsite industry tours, team building, a semester project, and peer/mentor networking opportunities.

What's the cost?
The L.E.A.D. Student Program is fully funded by the Petroleum Division of ASME. This means ASME covers the cost of travel, hotel and all food and transportation while you are on ASME business. ASME will reimburse each student for their expenses after the duration of each trip.
